I still don't understand why it becomes a fighting type ballerina that looks very different in silhouette from the original, which is something regional forms tend not to do. Pretty much all of them you can instantly recognize which Pokemon it's a regional of from the general features and shape of that Pokemon at a distance. This fan art at least does that, while the official regional form you could think was a new evolution or Pokemon altogether if you didn't know
