There was an item idea thread just yesterday that I really enjoyed so I figured I'd do something similar. Add some ideas for new abilities, specialized to existing Pokemon or just generic. All are welcome

Upon switching in, any opponents of the opposite gender have their SpDef lowered and allies of opposite gender have SpDef raised
