Hatterene 0 with 0 EVS -Speed 56
Hatterene 31 with 0 EVs Neutral speed 94
Megearna 0 with 0 EVs and -Speed is 121 without Iron Ball
Yet in trick room im moving before Hatts those lack of HP EVs also pretty much secure me a free Soul Heart.
Im sure Hatterene can be used this way but i cant see it out doing the classic. I can only assume its a set number to out speed a certain Pokemon or mess up a 0 Speed read
