Zamazenta is a fascinating Pokemon because it somehow manages to have everything just barely go wrong for it.
128 speed is really good, but there's nothing it desperately wants to outspeed.
130 attack is decent, but it can't hold an item to boost it and its best boosting move is Howl, making it really flaccid in the offense department.
It has decent coverage, but the fact that it needs to run Howl means that it suffers 4MSS.
92 HP and 145 in both defenses with a +1 to physical defense is really good, but it gets whittled down constantly by its lack of reliable recovery and inability to hold Leftovers.
Its bulk is enough to survive for a little while, but it can't really do anything while on the field because it lacks support moves.
It really just fails in every single regard.
