However the same could be said of bad centering too. I wonder if PSA has ever made any public statements about print lines, if they are grounds for a lower grade or they have no effect.
They SHOULD have an effect of course, but I'm just wondering if PSA has ever explicitly mentioned them as part of the information on their grading process.
Also do the other grading companies like CGC have similar standards? Or are print lines treated differently there?
