How is this any different from any of the other ones? There isn't some conspiracy with these games, they just made another phallic monster for the lulz (that's boldly assuming GF makes them like this on purpose or pure, innocent coincidence, cause multiple people design mons, not just one).

That's my point, I'm pointing out the sheer obtrusiveness of Miraidon's design. There's no real joke. It's not something you have to see in the context of a joke in the anime.
It's simply a retextured dick with tiny arms and a head slapped onto it. It's not "dick-like", it's just dick. All the other examples are MAYBE stylized, dick-adjacent body shapes. With lots of imagination. But Miraidon? Miraidon is based on dick. The artist drew a big, veiny dick and started from there.
