This isn't necessarily a Porygon thread, but do you think Porygon can talk to you by possessing a computer? Like how Rotom does for the Pokedex? Could it just phase into your PC tower and like, open up a command window and say
C:\Users\Porygon\cmd\Hello
"Hi anon!"
