Roughly oval shaped, but maybe a bit more on the spherical side than is normal. Flat, no snout or anything. It's like an exaggerated, vaguely cartoony human face.
It's actually a little MORE human than some of the human characters. Harper and Sarah look like they have little muzzles when shown from the side, and Sophocles has CalArts bean head.

Humans don't have face spikes. Non-human coloration + oval shape + eye position being on the low side + face spikes make it look pretty non-human. It has the same face shape as Cinderace down to the eye position and even having spikes.

So it has things that obviously make it non-human. If a mouth and eyes are all that's needed to have a human face than every Pokémon has a human face. Also I don't see how they're antennas, they look more like spikes that sometimes makes it look like it has face fluff.

The antenna/spikes are supposed to look like a mask, like a ballroom dancer.
