He has shitty bulk and 120 speed isn't enough to secure it. Also you have to use a special item for him again for the crit. If he had an ability like Mimikyu where the first attack would be tanked, I think he would have potential, but it's just GameFreak lashing out for 2 gens in a row for the Greninja love.
