This must have something to do with the "regional fake" thing, as Sudowoodo and Grass is an obvious hint at the idea of Pokemon being the opposite of what it appears to be. The "any" option in the poll stands out, I also thought it might have something to do with the battle gimmick that's supposedly related to adding types.
