The closes Pokemon has to Ki based attacks are Aura Sphere and Focus Blast and those are fighting moves too.

Goku does not have Fighting type moves. He is not a Pokemon, he doesn't use Pokemon moves, the system Goku operates on is nearly completely different to Pokemon. Fighting moves are explicitly attacks with Fighting type energy, it has nothing to do with whether the attack is a punch or not.
Fire Punch, Ice Punch, etc. can all hit ghosts just fine. It's not the punch, it's the elemental energy. Goku doesn't use Fighting type energy, he uses his own universe's ki.

No, Mr. Satan and Trunks couldn't. Even then Hakai worked on the ghost, which Goku can use, along with the Evil Containment Wave.
Plus the ghost operated off toonforce, no ghost Pokemon can do that.

Correction: What nearly killed Arceus was the meteor knocking all of its plates away. All Arceus needed to survive was just to get one of its plates back, which gave it enough power to summon the rest back to itself.

The meteor itself didn't hurt Arceus at all.

ki's equivalent in the Pokemon world is aura and aura sphere still doesn't hit ghost. Now his work around could be launching air slashes which would be flying moves. Now the question is what type is Goku? Cause fighting flying would make sense cause he flies all the time but that isn't inherent just cause a mon can learn fly doesn't mean they're the flying type

Goku is not a Pokemon. He does not have a "type". Humans in Pokemon don't have types, why would an alien from another universe entirely have one. This is the dumbest shit in the world.

And "ki equivalent" is dumb because ki in Dragon Ball and ki in Pokemon are not the same thing beyond being generic energy you can shoot from your hands. Goku doesn't even use regular "ki" in his own series anymore, he uses the ki of alien gods that rule time and space. Equating the two is complete nonsense.

The base stat system used in pokemon fails to quantify his power, which is an issue present in just about every one of these cross-franchise hypotheticals. Assigning pokemon DB power levels would make more sense.

We should also define if Pokedex only feats (Such as garde being able to generate black holes or Darkai's infinite nightmares) count.
How do we translate stat modification? Does he get an instant -6 to ATK from the fact there are going to be several Intimidate users?

Honestly the fastest way to solve this is looking at non-Pokemon entities in Pokemon.

This is ambiguous because it's unknown which entries a pokemon is actually capable of doing and which are fluff. Rapidash can jump really fucking high in canon, but kids don't turn into Kadabra out of nowhere. That's a book reference both irl and in the games. And specifically, if Gardevoir can create black holes then that wouldn't really be an issue unless the black hole was so large that literally everything was fucked. Small black holes have an equally small schwarzschild radius and would dissipate too quickly do do anything. Likewise, a person having nightmares doesn't physically hurt them.

That's Arceus's physical form which would not be representative of Arceus's true form which would be the entire Pokemon universe so there's nothing for Goku to hit his only option being to destroy the universe but because Arceus is superior to beings of time and space he could simply undo Goku's existence

A) goku cannot get within close range of it and it can infinitely heal faster than he can disintegrate it
B) it is able to force goku to stand down and accept death or else earth would face a greater consequence
3: it is not only intangible, but unable to touch goku as well, and he doesn’t have the trapping jar

Dragon Ball law of powerlevels states that a lower-tier being can't damage a higher-tier one, so that clears everything short of Megas/GMax, legendaries, and Leon's Charizard just with SSJ1.
SSG is strong enough for him to hold his own against Beerus, someone comparable to Giratina. Hard to tell what besides Arceus could handle SSGSS Kaio-Ken as a result.
Ultra Instinct is a bit wonky as its strength depends on who he's facing, and its Mastered form is insanely strong but also drains him.
But all that said this IS Goku we're talking about. If it's that big a mismatch I think he'd probably refuse to fight.
