This is a restricted Pokedex challenge where you can only use Pokemon that are either low tier or below average. I initially called this the "Shitmon Dex Challenge" but I decided to change that to not upset you passionate people. Every Pokemon is someone's bro after all.

>Starters can be used to start you off but only their first stages. Phase them out over time or be insane like Ash and keep them on the team.
>Pikachu and Eevee are only included just for fun since they're mascot Pokemon. Again, be insane if you want to use them, you COULD maybe make some use out of Pikachu with the Light Ball. Just trade over the Starter Pikachu from Yellow.
>Remember that this is for Gen 2 specifically, some Pokemon here do get better in later generations such as Azumarill.
