Z-Moves are the most balanced of the three, and also the one that makes the most sense in the story. despite that, it's annoying to use because of the cutscenes.
Megas are pretty much a side-quest in XY, somehow being more important in ORAS of all things. giving you a legendary by the third badge is a shit idea btw.
and then Dynamax is just an ass-pull, and obviously complete garbage, its only redeeming quality being that everyone can use it, unlike Megas
