Pokémon Legends Arceus borrowed many game design elements from Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, such as having turn order dictated by a rolling list influenced by speed and manipulable by move choice that allows some members to take multiple turns in a row. It also ditched the EV/IV system for something much more similar to the ABI system from Cyber Sleuth.
Really makes you think, huh? Maybe all the screeching about how Cyber Sleuth was better than Sword and Shield really had Game Freak take a look at the game, huh? Maybe after we're all disappointed by Scarlet/Violet we can convince Game Freak to take some pointers from Digimon Survive
