Johto is just Kanto extention, so it gets to be big too, but not as big. Then she moves to Unova and starts her acting career, so Unova gets bumped to the new biggest.
Gens 6-9 aren't Japan, so she pays them no mind and they just get defaulted into various shades of tiny.
The only ones i don't see explenation for is Hoenn and Sinnoh
