I like how in every new gen since 6 your mom always has her own Pokemon hanging around at home. It's a small inconsequential detail, but to me it helps add a bit of life to the start of the games.

Yeah, I liked how in Legends you could see some of your Pokemon in the stables. A special box where you could put a handful of Pokemon to appear around your house would be neat. You barely go to your house in mainline games though, so you'd never really see them.
