I knew she had a house on Four Island, I just didn't remember that her house was filled with dolls or whatever and that you could unlock new dolls by beating the Elite Four 25 times. I knew that Cynthia shows up at the Villa in Platinum once you beat the Elite Four 10 Times and purchase the piano, but didn't know there was a similar concept in FRLG.

You basically had to beat the elite four a crazy amount of times for the dolls to appear. Every 25th victory she puts a new doll in her and it caps out at 8, so if you want to complete her house you need to beat the elite four 200 times.

People do it. It's easier in the newer games to be fair (I'm doing this in BDSP right now and am one complete box in), but it's not a crazy idea. They may not EV train them, but they're definitely out there for the purpose of getting them all champion ribbons. Same idea as Stadium 1 where you could win cups with all 150 Pokemon.

That sounds tedious as fuck I don't have so much time, and I am self employed and shit.
I love the idea of ribbons and do want to take care of each pokemon personally, but it would take far too long if you have an entire living dex, not to mention a few extras which are your favorites.
Grinding manually is a nightmare.

I have a small toy and home shit shop
I don't make a lot of money, but it's better than just laying in bed all day doing nothing
Also some small rooms which I rent to people, those are my main income

The shop is easy to set, the problem is having some local that you own in your house and mostly, the starting investment
Having stuff for rent is way better but you need a massive investment to begin, I only rent on weekends btw it's not for the entire month

Well the way it’s done normally is to separate it from the game, sort of a like a function, and see if it works. If it works, then great you can add it to the main game and see if it breaks it any further. But yes, eventually they have to play test in a normal setting and it’s just as painful as it sounds.
