Why isn't there any offensive drawbacks of being dualtype or benefits for monotype?
The Hisuian version is better in everyway. Stronger Eruptions, Ghost STAB, 3 immunities, etc.

At least defensively monotypes would lack 4x weaknesses and resist what they're expected to resist instead of a crucial resist becoming neutral
