>>50877756Not really. If we follow Pokémon Sword and Shield's news cycle, we'll see that a a slight bit more than a month's release is more than normal. >inb4 patternfag
>February 27th 2019: Sword and Shield is revealed via Pokémon Direct>June 5th, Dynamaxing is revealed, alongside some other information sparkled through the month since it was E3 >July 8th, Gigantamaxing is revealed. >August 7th, Team Yell, Marnie, Bede, and Galarian Zigzagoon line is revealed>September 4th, camping, Sinistea and Cramorant is revealed>September 18th, Sirfetch'd is revealed It's around here they start to amp up the height since they're close to release.
>October 9th, Galarian Ponyta is revealed>October 16th, more Gigantamax Pokémon are shown >November 1st, Overview Trailer>November 15th, release date So we get a trailer almost a little bit after a whole month, with two trailers when climbing closer to release date.
We also had some ARG events such as Sirfetch'd's glitched artwork, and the 24-hour Galarian Ponyta stream. The only difference for this game's news cycle is no E3, so I presume our third trailer will give us a truckload of information.
Of course I'm probably just a fag and Game Freak will just put out trailers whenever they feel like it.
