Endo is just the prey being unharmed (well, no digestion or biting; could still break their arm I guess), but can end with them getting teleported out, spat up, recalling the pred into a pokeball, or full tour'd - or just showing up in a "later..." shot with no explanation given. In contrast, full tour makes it clear that the prey, well, takes a full tour of the pred's digestive system, from mouth to butt (rarely, might not be endo, with the prey ending up with acid burns). Also, endo can refer to non-oral vore as well, while full tour has to start on one of two entrances, and it's usually the mouth.
As an analogy:

endo: Trainer takes any path on the route, maybe stays indefinitely in the Trick House, maybe uses Fly or Teleport partway through. None of their Pokemon faint
