Of course you could argue Rowlet had a better chance than the other two due to adapting according to the dex, and the evolution being fully acclimated, but even then wild final evos are rare and Rowlet were likely wiped out by Johtonian Sneasel eventually, if not by other factors
I wonder if there are any other cases like this.
