Talk n' Post Hatts

Hatterene's got a cool movepool but I feel like there's some things it definitely should've had. It's shown to Teleport a lot, it moves around that way in the overworld already, so why didn't it get to learn that move by default? Should've also had Hex, but that's more just because I feel it fits with her Witch theme.
