As for which one, that's up to you. As the other anon mentioned, there are very strong rumors from very credible sources (distributors) that are saying that Evolving Skies is getting another (but small) print wave coming in August. Will that affect prices? Definitely. But the set is so strong, with so many big hitting cards (it even has a dragonite alt art that is often passed over, that's how fucking stacked it is), that it will very likely recover quickly and continue on its upward trajectory.
Brilliant Stars re-introduced the trainer gallery, has a more forgiving pull rate, and has Charizard. It is also a safe bet.
Get which ever you want.
