Worth noting that ON AVERAGE puberty starts a little earlier in girls now than it did 100+ years ago, and late puberty is disproportionately rare. The hormones and pharmaceutical contaminants pretty much everyone in the developed world is exposed to kinda kick starts it. Gay frog chemicals indeed.
I'd say that 12-15 is a pretty solid range.
Personally, I'd wait until 14, 15 either way, just because pregnancy has a pretty high mortality rate if experienced right at age 12, 13, 14, the body just can't handle it.
And I don't want my cute and funny wife to die, I want to snuggle and cuddle more.
