The print quality's dogshit. I know you want to believe, but I ALSO know TPC and Game Freak don't send unfinished key art sheets out for the different departments to study. They send fully finalised, high-quality sheets out, so the anime and card artists, plaush makers and anyone else with skin in the game can then reproduce the various new designs to the series standard.
This neither meets art quality for assimilation, not does it meet Game Freak's own standards for pokémon design. If you're so fucking obsessed with pogymans you'e coming here to waste your life, why can't you actually spot fake pogymans?
