I want it to have around 60-70 new pokemon, a minimal straight forward region with 0% chance of me ever getting lost, legendaries that are handed to me for free, and for NPCs to stop me every 5 seconds to explain the plot, often repeating the same information they, or someone else had just said 5 minutes prior.

A polished open world if they're really doing that. Seamless BGM change when we enter certain areas, towns, cities. More field interaction since lol open world.

All I want is being able to get any Pokémon from the GTS or through other means.
I quite literally never transferred Pokémon, so Home being complete bullshit is not even the main issue to me.
Once I finish a game, I want to be able to get my favourite Pokémon - aka Sceptile, Lanturn, Ludicolo and Volcarona. Not hard to understand for fuck's sake.
Because the point of having the newest Pokémon game is quite literally to have the most polished maingame, and to have all Pokémon.
Two things SWSH fails at. PLA only fails at one.

Ah yes, Ampharos, The gen 2 starters, Dodrio, Muk, Victreebel, Granbull, Smeargle, Donphan, Houndoom, Mismagius, Zangoose, Medicham, Swellow, Breloom, Zebstrika, Eelektross, Sawsbuck, Leavanny, The gen 4 starters, The gen 5 starters, The gen 6 starters, Pyroar, Florges, Gogoat and Gliscor such shitmons all of these are usable in an average run. And there's no way something like breloom doesn't have fans.

An open world RPG with a HUGE sandbox world in which you use Pokemon to get around, explore, solve puzzles, etc, etc. Real time combat too.

Bigger pokemon = more health and smaller pokemon = more agility. Pikachu might be fast but one or two hits from an Onix could body him. Type advantages could then help counter the physical advantages/disadvantages. Real time combat would also BTFO status shitters.

I want to explore forests with my Venusaur, ride my Rapidash at it's top speed of 150mph across open plains or ride my Steelix like a freight train.
