Does anybody even like Lance? Im a genwunner but i always thought Lance was jobbing lame loser. He has like 3 fucking Dragonites and jobs to Blue just to make the twist at the end more captivating. He was ALWAYS a jobber with a shit team that looks like a kid made it.

His character design sucks too and he looks out of place with the new pokemon character designs which are so much better.

Same, even as a kid I recognized he existed only to be destroyed. When GSC rolled out I enjoyed the G-men thing with the Lake of Rage and felt it was a good reuse of his character, was pretty disappointed they never revisited the concept of mundane crime in the pokemon world.

At least he'll always be hot in fanart.

I do, he is more iconic than any Wallace or Diantha, Iris, Alder, becomes champion from E4 position, becomes champion of two regions, is a rep of Johto most relevant historic pokemon clans/dojos, helps ingame, has a banger theme and coverage dragons. Several cool outfits through games but LGPE redesign of his original all red one is the peak together with the jumpsuit. Great rematch team in HGSS except for Game Freak's retarded choice for Altaria movepool and full special Dragonite with Draco Meteor self debuff.

I would have greentexted something funny about Diantha but Ihonestly really don't remember what she has done in her games, what she said, what role she did have or what the fuck was her team theme (doubt she has one). She did nothing because she is nothing, a mere actress that got a champion position after being weinstein'd. I only remember her shit tier rematch team of 3 mons at L.80+ with no boosts Stored Power and Hypnosis.

It makes sense she is a nobody because after all her whole design and character was based around Cynthia and Diantha being her opposite and so far everything checks.
