What are you thoughts on fans developing a different competitive ecosystem for a game than the one that is actively supported by the developer and media? What do you think it adds, who gets to define on paper what is competitive, fair, or needed?
And I don't mean 'What do you think of exosystems that actually exist', I just mean conceptually. If they didn't already exist, would you push for their creation? It's an interesting topic for me, because it very much feels like a fan-group (different than 'the fans') is essentially stealing a piece of product direction away from creators who are actively working on it.
