To the dianthafag from the other thread, no I would not be angry if Lance lost to Steven or Cynthia because their hobbies can still be interpreted as battle-related. Like I said, in addition to being a champion, Lance is basically an action hero who helps to save the world with his mons in his spare time. Both Steven and Cynthia research ancient ruins and legends regarding the ancient, hidden power of pokemon. Diantha does fucking movies but also with pokemon I guess??
