I wish Cynthia were gonna use Porygon-Z in the second match against Ash...it would be the first time of Porygon-Z's debut, but she's most likely gonna send out Togekiss, Roserade, and Garchomp.

She's definitely using her Kommo-o against Ash. It debuted in one of the Sinnoh specials, as did Roserade.

VS Iris: Gastrodon, Milotic, Garchomp
VS Ash: Roserade, Kommo-o, Garchomp

Only Pokemon of hers that won't get a battle is Glaceon.

They won't ever show any of the Porygon line out of fear of controversy anytime in our lives.
I would say "it'd take at least 120 years before they consider bringing them back" but thanks to recordings of the episode still being around online (ergo, forever) and potentially still exposing vulnerable people to a likely seizure, we'd need the utter eradication of all physical and digital preservation media and 120 years starting from there.

The seizures weren't enough to stop Porygon from getting an evo in gen 2, and then another in gen 4. And Porygon keeps showing up in regional dexes, including the one in PLA that could've easily cut it.
And it's not like Kadabra in the TCG, where there are legal issues.
It just doesn't make sense.

She got an alt version in Pokemon Masters where she uses a Kommo-o that she raised from an egg. They must have liked it and decided to have her use it in the anime's BDSP episodes, so now it's basically canon in all but the main series games that she has one. I imagine they'll probably have her use it if she's ever brought back for some kind of facility in the future.
