Also 60 hours is a good chunk of time for a main pokemon story, even longer than PLA, which had the longest single player main campaign.

I would expect side content/quests (pre and post game), balancing, polishing, texture/audio updating, UI, UX, networking, etc is still a lot of work in four months that isn't the main game, to be fair.

Usually games are done months before the sell by date, and in the final run up is when translation, polishing, and final touches are done. The leaker is probably on a translation team.

Right now they're fixing soft locks, making graphics nicer, and maybe getting nicer textures.
