Cynthia's got speed and power sure, but Lance has bulk and power. His Dragonite's a monster - it took Blizzard and Rock Slide, two Mega Moonblasts and stayed on its feet without getting pushed back at all. Literally the best reaction Diantha got was it literally taking one step backwards IN THE MIDDLE OF THE Blizzard.
It also ate the Rock Slide without moving, meanwhile its Twister went through the screens and still KO'd Aurorus with no type advantage.
Excadrill took a lot of hits from Gastrodon in the rain so its pretty bulky too, but honestly unless Steven's Metagross tanks 10 Million Volts Lance's Pokemon have the best bulk feats in the tournament.
