Triple battles are the superior form of battle. When they first got introduced I thought it was just a forced gimmick. And the games barely used them, so I never cared.
But I just finished BlazeBlack and the triple battles where the most fun and challenging part of the game.
When they are well done, triple battles are superior to anything else. At least in single player. I wish they had explored them more in the games, they never reached even a little bit of their potential.
Rotation battles are garbage though.
Triple > Double > Single > Rotation
