A simple google search for “emulator trade evos” would solve this. Specifically, randomizers have the option of turning all trade evos into level up or item evos. Also might want to look up PKhex and various plug-ins like Feebas locator.

Never tried a Randomizer

Yes. You can unrandomize it later too.

I just want the Trade-Evos to be obtainable, nothing else
(idk one was where I turned on the impossible evolutions setting)

Universal Pokemon Game Randomizer.
Open the .nds rom in the program, tick the Change Impossible Evos box, apply and the rom is patched.
Example from HGSS, there's some others that get changed too if you have randomized moves.
Drop whatever you're doing, you're over complicating things for yourself, stupid.
