Pretty great so far, and if 120-140 mons exist in the data, even with ancient/future forms and Convergent evos we still probably have 100 wholly new designs

Usually I would assume they meant Metagross and Mence, but I thought they already said no MG in the game. Those are the only 2 pseudos with really direct connections

No, the new Ancestor and Descendant are the coutnerparts. It could be any former pseudos. I assume it will be one of the few that haven't gotten something yet. Dragonite and Hydreigon. Both are famous for having unreleased beta designs. So my guess is:

Ancestral Dragonite: Dragon/Faiy serpent

Future Hydreigon: Dragon/Steel tank

It's hard to keep up with this shit. Are the ancient/future forms pokemon that you catch or are they just part of the new pokeball gimmick thing? Am I going to find vampire jigglypuffs in the overworld or are they going to basically be mega evolutions?
