Not bad. That said, could have a few modifications. I’d like the middle a little shorter and add something around the lower half of its body. Final I wuld mainly turns its shoes into longer boots.

I don't like the middle evolution. Typically starters have awkward middle evolutions that don't fully allude to the final evolution. I would keep it on all 4s and go a different direction.
