why are pokemon fangames genuinely more fun than mainland pokemon games? Is nintendo angry we put out better products?

I haven't played a single rom better than my favorite pokemon game. There are great ones that I think are better than the standard pokemon game but the best rom has nothing on the best pokemon game.

I’ve genuinely only had fun playing two Pokémon fan games, and they were Shining Gold and Ruby Destiny. I’ve played some Deviantart fan games that had promise but the devs quit. The nugen fan games haven’t managed to give me any sort of excitement.
