What every fully-evolved* Johto Normal-type has gotten since introduction: leak edition.
A few notes:
>Igglybuff is there since it’s the final stage of its line that is a Gen 2 Pokémon. I probably shouldn’t of even put it there, don’t know why I did. Anyway it also got a retype.
>Granbull and Togetic are absent since they got retypes, and Togetic got Togekiss when it was still Normal-type. Limitation of the tier list I used.
>Dunsparce and Girafarig are still “leaked”, so if you want to only follow official content just ignore them
>”Nothing” and “small stat buffs” are kind of misnomers desu. Furret and Noctowl have received notable new moves (mostly Coil for Furret and multiple special options for Noctowl). Smeargle is meant to be a gimmickmon, and Miltank is a counterpart to Tauros and has a lot of press because of Whitney.
