G Zigzagoon's the original line and the Hoennian form's the regional exception, but none of them are traditional cross-gen evos as without the regonalisation of the base critter, they won't (or don't in Hoennian Zigzagoon's case) evolve and like I said trad cross-gens are tacked onto existing original form 'mons (Electvire, Rhyperior, Magmortar, Probopass).
When the regional and its differing evo form's introduced in the same Gen, it's not so much cross gen as alternative evo under conditions.
