There's no final build of the game yet, you retarded little monkey-child. Game doesn't get sent out as a contiguous whole until they send it away for reproduction onto retail carts and boxing into cases, about 4-5 weeks before actual launch date.

Test builds contains water marks, various minor cosmetic flaws, etc to distinguish leaders.

Also testers rarely have the whole game but essentially demos with specific parts.
