Nah. 255 in attack and speed. 5 in everything else.
The evolution would just be outclassed by Eviolite Shuckle if it focused on defense.

Shuckle is minmaxed pretty hard at 505 bst so either minmax it further or even it out.

If we say +X bst for the evo, then for the former

41 hp (+X)
1 attack (-9)
241 defense (+11)
1 spa (-9)
241 spd (+11)
1 spe (-4)

or evening it out, maybe
100 hp
100 atk
100 def
100 spa
100 spd
5 spe

but I do like the idea of max spa, atk, trick room one punch man

There are three: Buzzwole, Pheromosa, and Gendesect. UB are coded as sublegendaries (Suicune/Regice/etc. tier) and Mythicals are a subset of Legendary Pokémon. So genesect was the first ever and then followed two gens later by the legendary mosquito and cockroach.

I barely play any showdown and i could not give a shit about smogon, in fact i hate the entire concept of non-cartridge play based on usability and ruled by a hidden shadow council
but I do think Shuckle is one of the best designed and most unique Pokemon there is while still looking like a Pokemon.
