I can get behind the idea of pokémon shrinking to fit into their pokéballs.
But if the balls simply carry the monsters as they are, how do they deal with those that produce heat, fluids or have any other inconvenience of the sort? Don't some pokémon need places with special conditions just to survive?
Without PC storages, it seems almost impossible to keep certain pokémon in urban areas for long periods of time.
