Your questions: You mean clothes? Hmm. I'd go with classical goth, halloween witch, and scarlet victorian. I can do some sketches later today to show it off a bit.
Second:
First off, I'd allow Braixen and Delphox in Galar specifically to Dynamax them and look up their fur skirts.
Secondly; I'd make two signature moves, one for Braixen, one for Delphox; Psy-cracker for Braixen according to Pokken; have it work like a Psychic based Final Gambit/Trump Card. For Delphox, I'd make a signature move that combines Hex and Will O Wisp; essentially if an opponent does have a status, its now Burned; if the opponent is Burned, it deals 100 BP psychic damage.
And since gen 6 was the gen of Megas; toss in a Mega for Delphox as well. Great Witch/Sage mode; cloak gets more flowly, ear fluffy longer and flowly, chest fluff more prominent and round, dual wielding two massive staff wands.
Oh, and I'd add in gender differences between males and females.
Males: Fennekin, have black on the tips of paws. Braixens have a longer skirt and more prominent side muzzle. The skirt is more black than yellow. Delphox, a small goatee in addition to a curly side muzzle. The cloak is entirely black, and the paws/ear fluff are grey to give a Merlin look.
