Jasmine won't really "break". She'll understand that trying to escape is futile and act outwardly submissive, while on the inside, she'll hold onto her hope and wait for it to all end. Her hope will fade over time slowly.
Clair will last the longest, but when she breaks, she'll break the hardest. She'll start out defiant, yelling, spitting, insulting you, etc. while still trying to maintain her dignity. Eventually, she'll break down crying and begging for mercy and saying that she loves you to try and get your pity. And finally, when she understands that she's truly helpless and nothing she does will save her, she'll become completely unresponsive and just stare off into space.
