No one is going to trade 20% accuracy for a 30% burn chance. Inaccurate moves are only used when there's no better alternative or if the power increase is worth the risk.

at first i thought 95bp was awful, but looking into it more, the standard special moves are nerfed in PLA. Earth Power and Thunderbolt are only 80bp for example.
this move having 95bp in that context gives me the impression that it may have 110bp in main series, and thus might actually see use on lando-i.
not for the burn obviously, as it's a sheer force mon, but the extra power could certainly make up for the inaccuracy.

To be fair, it uses Lando's weaker attacking stat and doesn't have 100% accuracy.
Also, Lando-I usually runs Sheer Force, which removes the burn chance.

Lando-T's lower attacking stat is still over 100, and it wouldn't necessarily need to rely on direct damage in that case. It would be using it strictly for burns.

lando-i runs sheer force 100% of the time, and lando-t's only set which would ever use it (defensive) is already tight on move slots as it is.
