Its a wall, a wallbreaker, a (optionally suicide) lead, a Sneaky Pebble setter, an electric immunity, and more. Its power level has it be an A+ mon on the current viability rankings, and it has a favorable matchup against Heatran, the literal best mon in the meta rn, which is possibly the only thing keeping the toad OU.
My point is, Landorus Therian does a whole lotta shit, and with that it shapes the OU landscape for the worse. There are no OU electric types IIRC, and certainly none with any meta significance. Ice and water are disproportionately powerful because they and they alone have a good match up, and whether or not someone brings a landorus, you know you have to prepare for it, which is more than most Pokemon in SS OU can say.
