but charizard is also a pokemon that is consistently ranked as a favorite by many people, and almost never considered a least favorite by anyone, so using it in this comparison does not really work
once again, just asking "what is your single, favorite pokemon" is not asking the same thing as "what are all of your favorite pokemon ranked in order" and unless a poll with a decent sample size does come along that asks as much, there is no real way of knowing what are actually the most unpopular pokemon with just knowing someone's favorite.
