I think fug is top 10 in designs for sure, mega pushes that even further.
Even competitively, mega fug is quite literally 2nd rate, was first before gen 8 undoubtedly.
Personally though i think arceus unironically fits the role of best legendary, I just adore the creationary aspects, and by extension, his fellow creations and how they all tie into eachother. PLA just kinda hammered home the ideas further for me.
