>>51074946I feel you OP but to be honest I'm at a point where this franchise where if I got a handful of regional forms and new evolutions per gen I would be happy with that. I don't want new pokemon, they are *almost* all shit anyways, I just want the actual games to become better. If they never made a new pokemon again but actually made significant gameplay improvements or better single player and better online every gen I would much, much, much prefer that. New pokemon are unironically holding things back at this point. It would feel like there were hundreds of new pokemon as is if they made some genuine attempt to actually make the ones that exist something other than complete fucking garbage. It's not like I don't just fight the same 14 pokemon online over and over and over and over and over and over again as it is.
