Who's in charge of making shiny variants? Some of the choices they make are really bizarre.
>Lighter or darker pallettes like Gengar, Garchomp, and pic related
>Dipped in neon paint like Espeon, Ursaring, and Gigalith
>Ones that looked like they've been put through a randomizer like Inteleon, Starmie and Malamar
>The ones that actually look like they'd have some effort put into them like Trevenant, Zoroark, and Incineroar
I guess my question is, when designing the Pokémon, is the shiny variant one of the first or last things they think of?
